Job Summary


To develop medium to long term strategy and delivery plans, formulate associated practices and to ensure operational implementation and adoption across multiple disciplines and fraud types across the entire Fraud Preventions function, taking into account risk methodology, governance, financial, customer experience and delivery objectives.


Job Description:


Risk Management:
Providing Subject Matter Expertise to Risk types |

Customer Experience:
Develop a positive customer culture that aims to set up Absa Fraud Solutions as the best globally in terms of fraud customer experience I

Stakeholder Management:
Build and Maintain effective Relationships with relevant stakeholders |

Risk Reporting:
Identify, assess and Report key risks arising from significant events, investigations, audit and control issues |

Finance Management:
Be the owner of the cost associated with operating costs while seeking and implementing solutions aimed at improving effectiveness and efficiencies while balancing fraud risk management I Leadership: Develop a high performing Team | Risk and Control: Adherence to Policies, Procedures and Regulations | : | : |:
Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas:
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
