What will you do?

This is a middle management position that reports directly to the


COO:
MiWayLife.

The role is accountable for driving sales through the management of the Contact centre along with the supporting operational and technical functions.


Key responsibilities include:

⦁ Management of the Contact Centre
⦁ Drive, monitor and analyse targeted sales
⦁ Stakeholder and Partnership Management
⦁ Expense and risk management
⦁ People management and leadership
⦁ Work force planning and management
What will make you successful in this role?


Qualification & experience:

⦁ Business, marketing or Commerce degree/diploma
⦁ Contact Centre management experience (5 years+)
⦁ Experience in financial distribution services, Strong sales and operations experience (preferably Contact/Service Centre)
