One of the leading Textiles company, Sheraton Textiles Holding is seeking to employ a top-notch Sales Assistants for our branches in
Blouberg

Responsibilities include:


  • Customer Service
  • Be able to work on tills and process orders.
  • Give quotes to bulk customers.
  • Be involved in store merchandising/instore displays and preparing for promotions.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving customer issues.
  • Participate in stock take and stock take administration.
  • Effectively report upwards to the store manager.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Grade 10
  • Fluent In English
  • Committed customer focus.
  • At least 1year sales experience in a retail environment
  • Sales and Marketing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of household têxtiles.
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with people on all organizational levels.
  • Good administrative ability.
  • Hones, trustworthy and reliable
  • Problem solving skills.
