Description
Qualification in Hotel Management Diploma/Certificate. Minimum 3 years experience ideally in a 5* establishment. Must have the personality and appearance to match a 5* property. Must have previous experience working in a lodge. Hands on, bubbly, outgoing with excellent communication skills. Must be strong in controls and paperwork. Drivers licence. Good working knowledge of GAAP, Opera and MS Excel.- Assisting in the managing of the lodge
- Overseeing operations (2nd in charge to the Lodge Manager)
- Oveerseeing all departments incuding housekeeping, F & B, Maintenance
- Guest interaction
- Stock control
