Description
Qualification in Hotel Management Diploma/Certificate. Minimum 3 years experience ideally in a 5* establishment. Must have the personality and appearance to match a 5* property. Must have previous experience working in a lodge. Hands on, bubbly, outgoing with excellent communication skills. Must be strong in controls and paperwork. Drivers licence. Good working knowledge of GAAP, Opera and MS Excel.

  • Assisting in the managing of the lodge
  • Overseeing operations (2nd in charge to the Lodge Manager)
  • Oveerseeing all departments incuding housekeeping, F & B, Maintenance
  • Guest interaction
  • Stock control
  • Staff Management
