Domain Specialist - Business Rules Management

Responsibilities:

Embedding oneself into a longlived Asset Squad within the Payments Domain, fully adopting the philosophy of "You build It, You Run It, You Own It."
Participating in both change the bank (modernization) and run the bank (stability, health, and client experience) activities at the Squad and Enterprise level.
Driving builtin quality through a Product approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ensuring proper endtoend engineering by understanding the asis and the tobe with a bias towards straightthrough processing (STP), automation, and optimization.
Embedding Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) by understanding and leading Change and Commercialization activities.
Influencing and embracing continuous learning and acting as a leader across associated Centers of Excellence (COEs), Squads, and the stakeholder communities.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Advanced degrees or certifications in business rules management will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in business rules management, business analysis, or related roles is preferred.
Proficiency in using business rules management tools such as Drools, IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM), or similar platforms.
Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of business rules concepts, rule engines, and rulebased systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar languages is beneficial.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear and concise business rules.

Part-time

Salary:
R600,00 - R800,00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
