Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Training Manager specializing in waitron and barmen, who is dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of our front-of-house staff to deliver unparalleled service and customer satisfaction.
Responsbilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for waitstaff and bartenders, covering service techniques, product knowledge, customer interaction, and company policies.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing refresher courses for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive modules, to support training initiatives.
- Assess training needs through performance evaluations and feedback from customers, managers, and staff members.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality training to continually improve training programs.
- Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a highvolume restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and elearning platforms preferred.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs tailored to adult learners.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate training schedules.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in staff training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
