Description

Position Responsibilities

Managing investment pipelines;
Assisting with origination and negotiation of investments;
Drafting of investment term sheets;
Due diligence of prospective investees, including, _inter alia, _detailed financial analysis, management meetings and arranging third party due diligence;
Preparation of screening memos and investment memos;
Working with legal counsel to negotiate final investment agreements;
Working with internal and external stakeholders;
Supporting fund raising; and
Support the growth of the fund business, including overall.

Position Requirements

General requirements:

Core technical skills:
Financial institutions analysis; Mezzanine or structured credit investing; and Impact investing.

A strong network with prospective investees is a positive.
