Description
Have a strong background in exports/shipping.- Have good VAT reconciliation experience.
- Similar or related industry product knowkledge.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be people orientated.
- Be very computer literate Excel / MS Office/ Export Docs Software.
The main responsibilities of the position includes:
- Providing support to traders
- Administration support by ensuring creditors are paid, accrued and reconciled
- Tracking order progress
- Ensuring accurate file maintenance as per requirements.
- Expense management
- Assist in establishing,maintaining and growing market share.
- Departmental support as per requirements.
