Kendrick Recruitment has a fantastic job opportunity available for a Hospitality Assistant at a stunning Wine Farm in Stellenbosch. Become part of this close-knit team and help ensure smooth operations and top-notch hospitality across multiple outlets. The Hospitality Assistant (HA) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, the HA is instrumental in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest stays.



Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve breakfast and light lunches.
  • Manage food and household inventory.
  • Set tables, oversee wine and beverage stocks.
  • Supervise laundry services.
  • Create floral arrangements and support housekeeping.
  • Execute pre-arrival guest checklist.
  • Replenish amenities and prepare arrival snacks.
  • Assist in outdoor setup.
  • Coordinate with Groundsman for firewood and cleaning.
  • Report maintenance issues and handle errands.
  • Support housekeeping and guest service teams.
  • Maintain service areas and prepare snacks.
  • Clean and maintain glassware.
  • Welcome and seat guests.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in housekeeping, cooking, or butler roles.
  • Ability to work across different departments.
  • Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
  • Excellent team player with effective communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude towards guest service.
Additional Details:
  • Live Out position.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
  • Full-time contract with a 3-month probation period.
