Workshop Administrator
Job Summary:
The Workshop Administrator plays an integral role in administrative support to the Workshop Manager, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workshop processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:_
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Issuing of orders as per Plant Manager and Workshop Manager requirements
- Capturing costs on Buildsmart timeously
- Administration relating to fuel accounts with multiple suppliers
- Bulk fuel capturing
- Updating of vehicle kilometres on a monthly basis to ensure proper maintenance of vehicles
- Administration of all traffic offences
- Licence renewal administration completed on a monthly basis
- Updating of Operator Competency records
- Submitting biweekly idle operator reports
- Inform Tracker Companies of new vehicles and arrange for installation of tracker installations
- Assist with the deregistration of vehicles
- Assist with any daytoday administrative duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan according to priorities
- Deadline driven with a keen attention to detail (essential)
- Team player (essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Education and Experience:_
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally within the Civil Engineering / Construction Industry
- Please note that all placements will be made in accordance to the Company Employment Equity Policies and Practices._
