Resource Planning

Plan and execute fleet expansion or contraction based on business needs, ensuring that the fleet size aligns with operational demands while controlling costs.
Utilize data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the fleet. Generate actionable insights to enhance decisionmaking and streamline operations.
Make use of Telematics to oversee the assigning and scheduling of drivers timeously.
Audit driver tasks daily

Vehicle Management

Manage the daytoday operations of the fleet, including vehicle assignments, routing, and dispatch.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as vehicle licensing and emissions standards.

Handle emergency situations and breakdowns effectively.

Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance time to reduce vehicle downtime.
Evaluate and decide on the most suitable options for vehicle acquisition, whether through leasing or purchasing.

Driver Management

Coordinate driver tests during FS Technician recruitment process
Monitor driver performance, Safety, and adherence to company policies.
Implement driver training and safety programs.

Budget Management

Develop and manage the fleet budget, including forecasting and cost control.
Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising safety or performance.

Vehicle Procurement

Evaluate and recommend vehicle purchases and leases based on operational needs and budget constraints.
Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships with vendors.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Utilize fleet management software to track and analyze key performance indicators.

Generate regular reports on fleet performance and make data-driven recommendations.
