_Requirements:
_
- _ Pr Eng / Pr Tech required_
- _ Experience in Electrical/Renewable Energy Engineering_
- _ 5+ years of experience in a similar role_

_ Responsibilities:
_
- _ Update Managing Director and Finance Manager on Project Issues by issuing a weekly progress report_
- _ Optimizing each design to minimize the installation and construction costs of each project._
- _ Overseeing and training Design Engineers in their daily tasks_
- _ Provide input to project managers to assist them in completing their projects in a timely and cost-effective manner_
- _ Provide feedback and input to the sales team to advise the client regarding the best suitable solution for their needs._
- _ Keep up to date with the latest products and specifications by communicating with vendors on a regular basis._
- _ Attend customer meetings and presentations throughout sales cycle, if necessary._
- _ Conduct all commissioning verification checks on all projects and provide the required handover documents to clients in a timely manner at the end of each project_
- _ Monitoring of all site's performance and highlight concerns to O&M department._
- _ Populate and review BOQ's where required_
- _ Provide and present a monthly tech review on latest market trends_
- _ Complete any additional ad hoc tasks requested by Senior Management_
- _ Overseeing and ensuring that project post-mortem analysis is presented to the Managing Director and Financial Manager_
- _ Compile non-conforming reports received from Project Managers for performance review at the end of the year and share with the Managing Director and Financial Manager_
- _ Compiling reports on overall project budget and timing (keep track of all projects post-mortems and compile into one document to allow annual performance analysis_
- _ By liaising with the Head of Business Development, Head of Operations and Financial Manager, optimize and reduce stand down as much as possible_
- _ Allocate all projects to construction teams and sub-contractors and keep the Action Map updated at all times_
- _ Ensuring quality control are adhered to on all sites._
- _ Ensuring project managers are able to fulfil all duties_
- _ Complete any additional ad hoc tasks requested by Senior Management_
