Dealership Receptionist - N1 City - Cape Town

We are seeking a mature, skilled, friendly, energeticand experienced

Dealership Receptionist to join the ranks of a very busy motor dealership based close to

N1 City, Cape Town.


We are in need of a friendly, energetic and well-presented individual with a professional demeanour, who has excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.


Key responsibilities:


  • Meet and greet walk in customers
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Transferring calls to correct departments and individuals
  • Handle difficult customers
  • Administrative duties
  • Manage drivers
  • Ad hoc duties for the Dealers Principal
  • Ensure a neat, tidy and efficient operation of the front reception area.

About you:


  • Ability to "think out the box" and have excellent problem solving skills
  • Work effectively without supervision
  • Moral standing
  • Savvy and use own initiative
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Fully computer literate
  • Customer orientated
Working hours: 8h00 to 17h30.


Salary:
Highly negotiable depending on experience
