Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for our client, a 4* Property in Mpumalanga for an Assistant Manager


Age:
Between: 25 and 35

  • At least 3 years' experience in hospitality
  • Experience in booking on Semper
  • Strong in admin
  • Be task driven, organized and selfregulated
  • Have good written language skills. A foreign language (German/French/Italian) would be a bonus, but certainly not essential.
  • Have a servant attitude and be committed to making people happy
  • Be flexible
  • Be willing to live on the lodge property
  • Ability to manage staff
  • Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
  • Ability to plan ahead and problem solve
  • Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control
The position offer's accommodation as well as meals while at work
