Description

HR Business Partner with HRM Degree or similar and preferably a Post Graduate qualification, and minimum 5 years' Operational HR and 2 years' People Management experience, required to align business objectives with employees and management and formulate partnerships across the HR function, to deliver value-added service to all stakeholders.

Minimum requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or similar essential
Post Graduate qualification in HR / Management preferred
5 Years' operational Human Resources experience essential, preferably in an Expat environment
2 years' People Management experience required
Knowledge of various Psychometric assessments required

Responsibilities:

HR Management strategic HR management, organizational design and recommending structure changes, internal and external stakeholder management

Occupational Health Index

Annual surveys, analyse and report survey results, implement initiatives, champion and accelerate culture of excellence, relationship management

Group HR

Assist group companies in design, development and implementation of HR policy and procedures, analyse trends and metrics, assist senior management with managing HR Life Cycle, alignment of all HR activities, analyse and interpret various types of employee report
