Are you a tech savvy professional with a passion for optimising learning experiences in the insurance sector? We're seeking a skilled Moodle Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • System Configuration:
  • Install, configure, and maintain the Moodle learning management system to meet the specific needs of the insurance company.
  • Customize and optimize Moodle settings, themes, and plugins.
  • User Management:
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Moodle.
  • Provide support for user inquiries, including password resets and account assistance.
  • Technical Troubleshooting:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Moodle functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address server, database, or networkrelated problems.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Ensure Moodle compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Updates and Maintenance:
  • Conduct regular system maintenance to optimize performance.
  • Collaboration with Trainers:
  • Work closely with performance centre trainers to align Moodle features with learning objectives.
  • Provide support to trainers on effective use of Moodle tools.
  • Content Management:
  • Troubleshoot issues related to course materials, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Data Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, course completion, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders based on Moodle data.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, preferable information technology.
  • Proven experience as a Moodle administrator, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
  • Strong technical skills in server management, PHP, MySQL, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • 23 Years is beneficial
