To achieve daily targets and maximise production. To analyse reasons for the loss and rejects and implement corrective and preventive measures. Implement improvements.Responsibilities
- Leading team and execution of daily tasks with zero deviation in following SOP
- Implementing & driving a systembased approach in the department
- To improve machine utilisation and maximise production
- To drive cost awareness and costsaving projects
Qualifications_
- Diploma in mechanical engineering
- B.Tech(Mechanical) preferred
Mandatory Skills_
yrs of production experience in manufacturing companies
- Production management
- Analytical skills
- Able to read and interpret production drawing
- Able to perform TQM (Total quality management)/TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Able to perform Kaizens
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
