A market leader in the Logistics industry is seeking a Business Support Specialist for a permanent opportunity. This role will have a focus on Business Analysis and a Support function to the Customer Services Department.
The Key Responsibilities For This Role Will Include
- Manpower Planning
- Forecasts and Trend Analysis
- Quality Control
- Maintenance of Customer Services System
- Implementation of Projects related to Customer Service
- Data Management
Qualification
The requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in IT or related field
Experience
- 4+ years' experience in a Business Support / Business Analysis role
- Trend Analysis, Forecasts and Planning
- Customer Service Technology Support
- Data Management
