Supervisor Electrical - Sasolburg, South Africa - Stefanutti Stocks
Description
Stefanutti Stocks Inland requires a Supervisor that is responsible for the timeous and safe completion of construction activities delegated to incumbent, within allocated budget as per contract specifications.
Primary duties will include:
Technical
- Must be familiar with the Bill of Quantities, scope of work and project specifications.
- Build plant to AFC drawings.
- Material takeoffs as required from AFC drawings.
Operational
- Daily Diaries, restraint lists & extra work lists
- Adhere to and enforce Company Policies & Procedures
- Resolution of minor HR/IR issues
- Assign, delegate, organize and direct work of all field personnel.
- Timeous completion of allocated work
- Liaising & Client Relationships
- Planning and 10day look ahead.
- Manpower, material & plant planning
Safety
- DIFR
- Housekeeping
- Daily Safe Task Instructions (DSTI)
- Planned Task Observations (PTO) & VFL
- Incident Investigation
- Risk Assessments
Quality
- Quality Control Procedure Compliance
- Asbuild drawings and redlines.
- Punch Lists
Policies and Procedures:
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Will be required to do work within your abilities from time to time that is outside the Job Description as detailed above.
Preconditions:
- 5 Years experience in the Petrochemical industry at Foreman level.
- Driver's License Code EB.
- Instrumentation & Electrical installation and testing.
- As-Built drawings & procedures.
- Computer Literacy.
