National Trade Manager - Franschhoek, South Africa - M3 Human Capital Management

Mullineux and Leeu Passant Wines, based in the Swartland and Franschhoek areas respectively, has the above exciting opportunity available, for an experienced, sales-driven National Trade Manager to join their team.
Duties include:
*customer relationship management *new business development *finding new customers, new listings, online, on-con and off-con *collaborating with distributor -Representatives & Regional Sales Managers *key account management *ensure customers have enough stock *process trade orders *ensure wines are well presented on shelves and priced appropriately *increase awareness of wines and encouraging sales in collaboration with Marketing Manager *manage in-store tastings, tastings with trade customers, staff training *presenting wines and company according to brand ethos and image *conduct regular trade visits to Gauteng, Garden Route and KZN *monitor and analyse sales progress, by trade customers and distributors *all other functions related to the position.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
- Cape Wine Academy or WSET certification essential;
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office);
- Fluent in English (written & verbal skills);
- Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.
