Safety and Stock Control- Ensure safety and proper control of stock and staff
- Coordinate transport related tasks
- Coordinate all transport related tasks efficiently and on time
- Profitability
- Optimize profitability and reduce shrinkage
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain a safe, clean and pleasant working environment
- Conduct Stock perpetual counts
- Conduct and document weekly stock perpetual counts
- Legislative compliance and Corporate Governance
- Ensure legal compliance with all legislation relating to the operation of the business and that appropriate action is taken in respect of all legal matters.
- Analyse Production Processes
- Regular and ongoing analysis of production processes
- Perform Admin duties
- Perform administrative duties as well as other duties as assigned
- Provide direction to team
- Operate within company and group systems, policies and procedures; exercising control and providing direction
- Planning and Manufacturing
- Manage Planning and manufacturing of Truss plant
- Team Management
- Inspire, motivate, guide, develop and manage, and lead employees in order to meet the store's objectives.
- Grade 12
