Our client is seeking a
Shift Supervisor to join their team, based in King William's Town

Minimum Requirements:
- *Previous experience in Supervisory position in a Finishing Department *3 Years' Experience in a Textile wet processing area *Tertiary Qualification in Textiles *Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems *Working knowledge of RFID System *Computer skills

Key Performance Areas:
- *Ensure production and productivity requirements are met within the department *Drive quality improvement and production efficiency ethics *Be able to make decision regarding acceptability of products against specified standards *Supervise and lead subordinates as well as plan their workload.
