A suitable tertiary qualification either in a technical or management/commercial direction such as a B. Eng, B Comm or MBA;
b. At least 8 years' experience of managing a large engineering department or a manufacturing operation;
c. Experience of having led Executive or Management Committees and of reporting to a Board would be essential;
