What you will be doing : (Reporting directly to the Exec)

To strategically direct and supervise the attraction, retention, reward and performance management of human capital;

To strategically direct and supervise the establishment of an effective learning culture and knowledge management

To strategically direct and supervise the establishment and maintenance of healthy employee relations and employee engagement

Provide advice the executive on strategic human capital management, development and engagement matters and to represent the client in relevant forums;

To direct and manage strategic and business planning and budgeting for the division and monitor and report on the implementation of the business plan, budget and related projects;

Ensure adherence to human resource, financial and administrative strategies, policies and procedures in the division;

To ensure the proper administration, governance and risk management of the division.
