Purpose of the Job:
To manage the interface between the organization and industry-specific customers, in addition provide support in order to optimize opportunities sales and maximize growth potential in line with Commercial's plans.
What you'll have done before:
Baseline:
- At least 5 years related experience with 3 of these in B2B environment
- Business Administration/Marketing diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Dealing with customers and resolving issues using various media
- Experience in Credit Management and have Computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Sales and Marketing; Stakeholder management; etc.
- Experience working with Proposals
Advantageous:
- Understanding of fuel supply requirements and solutions for various industries
- Understanding of fuel industry

- Ability to collaborate and to work effectively cross-functionally, including senior management, project team and other departments within the organization
- Highly Pressurized environment
- Balancing customer requirements with Engen priorities
- Ability to persuade people not reporting to you to perform certain tasks for you
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively Manage Customers to enhance our Profitability by way of:
- Building relationships with customers and providing customer service
- Implementing sales initiatives in order to meet business plan
- Ensuring HSEQ policies are implemented and followed
- Cross selling to customers
- Implementing credit management initiatives
- Managing contracts
- Maintaining and managing customer master data
- Generate relevant monthly reports
- Proactively look for new business and record the sales process using Salesforce tool
- General Sales Administrative duties
