1.

JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure that all goods that are received in from external suppliers are checked and approved before it is handed over to the next department (this includes embroidery and printing panels / promo stock / China stock / all trims and fabrics)

2. KEY DUTIES

QA to be done on all outworks/promo stock/China stock / embroidery and screenprinted panels that comes in from external suppliers embroidery / Screenprint / trims / fabric
QA report to be filled in after audit is complete which will stipulate a detailed description of your and findings and whether the product has passed or failed.
FITS / PPS AND BPS to be done for all H24 China stock

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

Relevant Post Matric Qualification in Quality / Clothing & Textile Management
2 Years relevant experience with traceable references
Meticulous, with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage own time effectively
Ability work effectively under pressure within a team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
A selfstarter who can work unsupervised and manage own time and activities
Solid organizational skills, ability to identify more / less critical activities by identification of deadlines
May have to work shifts and overtime from time to time
