Import Customer Service Assistant - Durban, South Africa - SR & Associates
Description
Our client is looking for an Import Customer Services Assistant to join their fast-paced and dynamic team based in Durban.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct exportimport service documentation responsibilities.
- Processing transshipment orders, distribution of arrival notification, import cargo manifesto, etc.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure processes are working correctly.
- Compilation of import statistics.
- Vendor Account reconciliation.
Qualifications and experience
- Matric.
- 13 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Pure Car and Truck Carrier exposure (PCTC)

- Excellent client service skills.
