We're expanding our Customer Service Representative team at Concentrix and we are seeking night owls to support a US campaign.

Working from our dynamic Cape Town office, you'll be working on site between 5 pm and 4 am.

What you will do in this role

Establish customer requests and expectations, offering efficient and accurate resolution
Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients by upselling and recommending client products, services and solutions
Process payment information with high security and integrity

Your qualifications and experience

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

A matric certificate
Proficiency in English verbal communication
At least 12 months' experience working in an international contact centre environment
Sales experience
The ability to troubleshoot and find effective resolutions
