Key Criteria:


  • Fluency in English

2+ Years in Luxury 5-Star Hospitality/Hotel Sales & Marketing Essential:

  • Experience in Sales Calls
  • International Sales Experience will secure.

  • Showcase Properties at Trade Shows and Sales Events
  • Service Tour Operators
  • Strategic Collaboration for Sales Goals and Promotions
  • Develop Packages for Local and International Distribution
  • Maximize Joint Marketing Opportunities
  • Aggressively Pursue Sales Leads and Prospects
  • Foster Trade Relations through Familiarization Tours and Promotional Visits
  • Assist with Digital Marketing Strategy and Website Management
  • Experience in Hotel/Lodge Sales is a Must
  • Proven Track Record in Meeting Sales Targets
  • Innovative Approach to Marketing and Sales
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement a robust lead generation strategy, to attract potential students, agents, sponsors, and partners. This will involve developing partnerships, marketing campaigns, networking, attending trade shows, in person meets and relationship building.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives. This should include setting and achieving clear targets, identifying target markets, and refining the sales process.
  • Sales trips Domestic and international travel to acquire agent business and attend trade shows to secure business.
