Key Responsibilities :

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF JOB

Support the Digital Content Manager in the day to day running and management of the Newmark Hotel & Reserves Social Media portfolio.

Create and organize content across a range of social media profiles for different hotels, lodges, and reserves.

Posting/Scheduling content across social media accounts
Write copy for social media posts across all channels i.e. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Communicate with followers, respond to dm's and comments in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Being on top of the latest social media trends
Weekly content creation i.e. reels and stories
Update social media elements across all channels on a monthly basis
Assist the Digital Content Manager with creating campaign specific content for social media channels
Work with graphic designer to create elements for social media channels i.e. Banners, stories and digital adverts
Assist the Digital Content Manager with influencer partnerships and brand collaborations across all channels

Skills and Knowledge Required:
years' experience in Social Media management

Previous experience with hotels, lodges, and resorts advantageous
Marketing or Media diploma/ equivalent preferable
Ability to work in a pressurized environment
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent Planning and Organisational skills
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Word & Excel, Social Media Scheduling platforms and design programs advantageous
Strong copywriting skills ability to write for the digital audience
Must be a team player
