Minimum Requirements:
Education and experience:
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic.
- Experience on trailers and taillights.
- Valid Code 1
- Experience at supervisor level.
- Computer literate
- MS office.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a sound relationship with suppliers.
- Manpower utilization.
- Need to be able to work shifts.
- Medical fit.
Job specification - Key Performance areas:
- Oversee and implement the fleet maintenance.
- Manage stock levels and the purchase and replacement parts and equipment.
- Manage performance of a shift or skilled and semiskilled artisans.
- Ensure successful implementation, monitor and management of SHEQ PROCEUDERES.
- Attend to breakdowns and implement maintenance schedules.
- Ensure housekeeping is to standard.
- Monthly toolbox talks.
- Monthly inspection of all workshop tools and technician tools.
- Ensure load testing is done annually.
- Load testing of all workshop tools.
- Ensure timesheets and attendance registers is up to date daily.
- Quality inspections daily.
- Manage job cards and submit for closing of job cards.
Job Types:

Salary:
R20, R30,000.00 per month

- Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
