Description
Building Patrolling and Tenant Management:
- Safeguard the building by conducting preventative patrol inspections.
- Monitor the CCTV cameras.
- Administer the access to the building.
- Faciliate tenants and visitors' management
- To enforce access procedures to all building entrance points
- Administer the incident report.
Qualification:
- NQF4 essential
- Matric Essential
- Must be registered as a Category 01 Guard and such registration must be maintained annually.
- Level E C trained through an accredited training institution.
- Firefighter and First Aid Training
- Valid PSIRA certification and ID card
