Chargehand / Working Foreman – Welding x 36

Secunda (Accommodation & Transportation provided by employer)

Temporary Job from August 2024 to September 2024

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years of welding experience with carbon and stainless steel
• Valid Welder Trade Certificate
• Grade 10 certificate
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Capacity to perform under pressure and in challenging environments
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team
• Prior experience in petrochemical plants
• Familiarity with Petro-Chemical Plant Specific Permit Procedures
• Knowledge of Task Risk Assessments (TRA)
• Previous 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a welding setting
• Valid Medical Fitness certificate, or ability to obtain one
• Recent Police Clearance obtained within the last 3 months
