Parts Administrator - Pinetown, South Africa - MAN Automotive (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd
Description
Undertake all administration duties in the parts department or as assigned by management- Participate in conducting stock count as per schedule i.e. cycle counts, perpetual stock counts etc.
- Perform cashier duties, processing PO's, Branch Transfers, PDC requests & cash sale payments from customers according to procedure
- Assist Parts Sales Consultants as and when required
Qualifications:
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills
- Proactive, highly motivated and pay attention to detail
- Work independently though being a team player
- Possess solution orientated thinking and be customer orientated
Experience:
- Experience in the same/similar role 3 years
