Umhlanga, KwaZulu Natal:


  • Seeking an experienced
    SPA MANAGER for an Upmarket Day Spa.
Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC an advantage.


Minimum 2 years' experience as Spa Manager.

Very Professional and presentable for Upmarket Environment


Required to understand financial statements and manage a spa operating budget, have excellent communication skills and be a confident team player.

Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel

  • Knowledge of ESP an advantage

Management Skills Needed
:
Administration, Management, Leadership,
Ensure excellent customer service, Sales & Revenue, Expenses & Logistics.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team

Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.

Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.

Mature, responsible, and motivational.

Passionate, revenue and target driven.

Well-groomed to present the brand.

Strong verbal and written communication.


Own reliable transport.

Strong leadership and excellent People's skills

Excellent basic salary PLUS commission PLUS performance incentives.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R20, R22,000.00 per month
