Description

IT Sales Manager with a background in digital solutions, marketing, software development sales is required for a Durban based company urgently.


  • Manage and grow the Sales team.
  • Meeting or exceeding Sales KPIS and Targets (Own and Team Targets).
  • Assisting Sales team with Quotes and closing of deals where needed.
  • Managing CRM and Training accordingly for the Sales Team.
  • Meeting clients and generating new business and maintaining current base.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5years experience in sales management within a software development/digital solutions environment

Proven sales track record

own vehicle

Able to start immediately advantageous

Technically minded

Sales driven

Out of the box thinker


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
