Description
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead store team development by identifying training and coaching needs, emphasizing talent management and succession planning.
- Recruit, administer, and manage performance in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Implement customer experience processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, encompassing business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, customer feedback, and general housekeeping.
- Enforce overall compliance by conducting thorough compliance checks through defined processes.
- Explore and propose new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness. Provide feedback on instore product performance to the support centre, contributing to sales improvement.
- Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales performance increase, and store expenditure monitoring based on sales and profitability reports.
- Authorize writeoffs, breakages, recalls, and returns, ensuring effective stock management. Maintain the stockroom's overall upkeep to meet housekeeping standards.
- Manage stock levels through defined processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock on hand.
- Accurately receive, unpack, merchandise, and replenish the sales floor to drive sales objectives.
- Lead and drive the store team to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy, aligning with company values.
