Risk Officer.

Job Summary

Job Requirements

EE position:

Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged people.

Qualifications and Experience:

Occupational Health and Safety related qualification.
3 years' relevant experience.

Computer Literate

MS Office.

Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:

Ensure compliance of all SHEQ legislation through continuous upgraded SHEQ processes, systems, and standards.
Incident investigation and reporting.
Contract and Security management.
Participate in all health, safety, environmental audits.
Conduct risk assessment to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the organisation operations and processes.
Review risk management policies, procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide regular reports and updates to HO and Senior management.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Identify complex problems and review related information to develop, evaluate and implement solutions.
Manage own time and subordinates.
Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas.
Deadline driven and the ability to work under pressure.
Interpersonal skills (teamwork, conflict resolution).
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
