Our expanding accounting and audit client, based in Pretoria East is currently looking for an office based Personal and Office Assistant to join their professional and dynamic teamQualification required:
BCom / BTech or similar degree preferrable in Financial Management, Accounting or similar field of study
Secretarial course or certificate is beneficial
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 2 + years' experience
High level of attention to detail
Client facing customer service
Solid financial background
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
Microsoft Office and Sage experience
Experience in an audit, accounting or legal firm is advantages
Job description:
Finance administration and reporting
Filing and administration duties
Assisting clients with their accounting/audit queries
Reception management
Customer service excellence
Assist walk
- in clients accordingly
Schedule meetings, record meeting minutes
Diary Management
Office management
Assisting in practice management and allied tasks
