Description
Duties:
- Assist with teaching and dissection duties in Morphological/Clinical Anatomy in the School of Anatomical Sciences
- Participate in research in any field related to Anatomical Sciences.
- Serve on Faculty and University committees as necessary.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research.
- Participate in programme administration, reviews and accreditation processes.
Qualifications and experience:
- A health professional degree with specialist qualification or a PhD or equivalent in an appropriate discipline completed or nearing completion.
- A DOHET/ISIaccredited publication or submission of a manuscript which demonstrates an ongoing scholarly ability
- An experience of teaching in Anatomical Sciences at undergraduate level and/or postgraduate level, with participation in curriculum development and assessment
- Academic administrative experience and membership of Faculty/University level committees
- An active membership with an Academic Society related to Anatomical Sciences
- A postgraduate qualification in Health Sciences Education would be an advantage.
