ANEW Hotels & Resorts are seeking the services of a
Wedding & Events Sales Executive. The successful individual will be responsible for gaining new accounts while maintaining and prospecting established accounts under the guidance and supervision of the National Sales Manager in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager within the limits established by ANEW Hotels & Resorts policies & procedures.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Degree/Diploma in public relations, communications, or hospitality.
  • Communication and marketing skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Highly Organized.
  • Multitasker.
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficiency in various event software.
  • Expert interpersonal skills.
  • Risk management experience.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and implement all sales activities in his/her specific area of responsibility.
  • Promotes hotels to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions to update with the wedding & events markets.
  • Responsible for assisting General Managers, coordinating and implementing all aspects of social and wedding events to ensure successful events.
  • Relationship building with all the current and prospective wedding & events customers.
  • Determine effective and productive sales programs in the wedding & events market segment.
  • Relationship building with all the current and prospective wedding & event customers in the exhibition/workshop segment.
  • Upgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by ANEW Hotels & Resorts
  • Assist the National Sales Manager in the execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area /segment and also prepare and conduct sales presentations in coordination with the National /Regional Sales Manager.
  • Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new clients for social and wedding events.
  • Submit monthly and weekly sales plans and market analyses (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports.
  • Attends and contributes to all meetings as required.
  • Ensure a courteous and professional service is provided at all times.
  • Handles guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt followup.
  • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Required to travel to other regions within the ANEW Hotels & Resorts portfolio according to the Sales Plan.
