Description

Serve internal customers at a lower level. Render service or create products according to standardised procedures. Instructions are clear and scope for own initiative is limited. Work with limited or no supervision. May include limited supervisory responsibilities.

• The handling on non-conforming products
• Conduct a rootcause analysis to determine the reason for nonconformance.
• Implement corrective actions.
• Customer complaints
• Conduct a rootcause analysis to determine the reason for nonconformance.
• Analysing complex data/information and initiatives that impacted the complaint.
• Preparing associated reports, correspondence, and submissions.
• The maintenance of the QMS system and document control
• Developing and implementing administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisation.
• Maintain data on system with regular reviews and updates.

4. _Research and Development_

• Ongoing R &D on products.
• Associated testing and qualification.
• Reporting product status.
• Calibration of test equipment
• Liaise with external vendor to calibrate equipment.
• Internal and external audit
• Liaise with external auditors to plan annual quality audits.
• Various audits, i.e., supplier audits and certification audits.

Educational Background

• Minimum requirement matric.
• Accredited in the ISO9001 standard.

Previous experience & requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years' ISO 9001 experience.

Pay:
R30 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month

• High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

• ISO 9001: 3 years (preferred)
