******- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide specialised administrative support within HR, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development,

OD, EE, Payroll, HR Analytics, Employee Relations & Performance Management function.- Participate in HR related projects and provide appropriate HR support to the team.

Develop and implement OD interventions and programs.
Optimise and maintain the entire reporting process and systems.
Contribute to the development, alignment & implementation of FUCHS's Transformation and EE goals.
Take an active role in budgeting processes and workforce planning activities.
Provide monthly payrol input and check for accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.

Computer Science, Finance or Accounting qualification will be an advantage.
Min 3 years experience working in the human resources field.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
