Our client in the Technology industry is looking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team for a 12 month contract.


Responsible for the pick & Prep of stock, this includes hands-on management of all stock and warehouse related activities for Outsourced Service customers.

This includes but is not limited to the receipting, movement, distribution, storage and tracking of stock items which are utilised to service and support customers, whilst adhering to the processes and SLAs in place

  • Configure and set up devices according to the client specific requirement or solution.
  • Conduct minor repairs on devices (e.g., Soldering of broken buttons).
  • Clean and repair devices and accessories returned from the customer.
  • Conduct quality checks on repaired devices and inventory/stock
  • Record outcome of device repairs on excel once testing completed which allows manager to monitor progress. SLA Adherence
  • Meet the weekly targets set up by the production supervisor.
  • Adhere to sla benchmarks for processing client faulty returns (cleaning and testing of units). Stock count & support
  • Participate in monthly stock counts
  • Provide accurate reporting to supervisor
  • Failover/support for the team members. Stock and Inventory Management
  • Responsible for receipting stock and confirming that the stock is accurately accounted for in terms of documentation and the physical stock
  • Update the stock management system and prepare stock for the returns or repair process
  • Monitor the replenishment execution timeously to avoid any picking and packing delays
  • Plan, manage and schedule repairs and maintenance to specific equipment to ensure continuous production
  • Ensure that products are strategically located in the racking system to maximize picking and replenishment efficiency
  • Prepare daily tracking reports
  • Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders and technician teams to ensure warehouse and boot stock holdings levels are maintained, faulty stock is returned timeously, and an auditable trail is available
  • Accountable for monthly stock counts and ontime report submission
  • Investigation and resolution of stock discrepancies.

You need to have:


  • A logistics diploma/Degree
  • 2 3 years experience in a logistics experience
  • Clear criminal

Job Types:

Salary:
R7, R9,000.00 per month
