Description
To ensure daily stacking of bread on site


Key Responsibilities

  • Stack crates with bread from transfer cages
  • Follow pipeline stacking sequence
  • Attend daily invocoms
  • Ensure that quality bread is packed correctly on trays
  • Report back on stacking related matters to warehouse supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all Company rules and procedures
  • Ensure optimal Efficiencies
  • Administration and record control
  • SOP's, hygiene and housekeeping
  • Food Safety
  • Health & Safety

Qualification Requirements:


  • Grade 12 with numerical skills

Experience Requirements:


  • At least 12 years' bakery industry experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment

Other Requirements

  • Pressurised environment
  • Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster
  • Required to work on a rotational shift basis and overtime where required
  • Will be required to work until last truck is completed in Despatch
