We specialize in manufacturing an exquisite range of bedding, home linen and curtaining products. Our range of merchandise include plain, quilted, embroidered, woven and print designs. We have a full spectrum of unique products to fulfil a wide variety of customer requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Line Management experience in manufacturing environment.
People development and coaching skills.
Team facilitation skills.
Planning and organizing skills.
Systems orientation experience is advantageous.
Proper stock control
Accuracy of documentation
Stocktake process follow.

TASK DESCRIPTION:

Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of personnel who process têxtile products.
Ensure adequate staffing at the start of each day.
Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
Solve work related problems and reconnect measures to increase productivity and improve quality.
Manage, train staff, and motivate.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
Draft reports.
Ensure orders are fulfilled on time, in full.
Identify areas of improvement.
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area (Housekeeping).
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
Ensure shipment and inventory transactions accuracy.
Manage and supervise regular cycle counts.
Maintain and supervise quality, packaging g and labelling goods produced.
