  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities
  • Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
  • Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
  • Keep databases in check and update them regularly
  • Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
  • Responsible for all office maintenance as and when required
  • Supervise cleaning and cleanliness of office space
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Ensure that all General services invoices are received and submitted to finance timeously for payment
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Manages outgoing post inclusive of courier services
  • Submit all the relevant forms to potential suppliers and ensure that all the approved suppliers are captured on the JDE System.
  • Ensure that all Purchase Orders and supporting documents are filed accordingly

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Grade 1
  • MS Office Package
  • BCom, BA Degree or equivalent
