A Project Administrator manages schedules, arranges assignments, prepares action plans, analyzes risks/opportunities, gathers necessary resources, and communicates progress to team members.

The ultimate goal is ensuring the projects of a company are completed within the restraints of time, quality, and budget.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Various administrative tasks ie: capturing, scanning, reporting, filing of documentation, task tracking
  • Scheduling of meetings as requested
  • Taking minutes/notes in meetings and circulating these minutes
  • Adhoc projectrelated admin amongst others
  • Executing on over the counter purchases/collections at suppliers
  • Assisting with visitors (boardroom, gifts, beverages, food)

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree)
  • Preferred Project Management
  • 2 years' work experience ideally in an administrative function advantage
  • Project management experience (preferable)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Excellent experience working with vendors and suppliers (contradiction)
  • Must be well organised and a selfstarter
  • Must be detailoriented, profess,ional attitude and reliable
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to perform mathematical computations and have a basic financial / costings understanding

Salary:
R7, R22,079.99 per month
