A Project Administrator manages schedules, arranges assignments, prepares action plans, analyzes risks/opportunities, gathers necessary resources, and communicates progress to team members.
The ultimate goal is ensuring the projects of a company are completed within the restraints of time, quality, and budget.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Various administrative tasks ie: capturing, scanning, reporting, filing of documentation, task tracking
- Scheduling of meetings as requested
- Taking minutes/notes in meetings and circulating these minutes
- Adhoc projectrelated admin amongst others
- Executing on over the counter purchases/collections at suppliers
- Assisting with visitors (boardroom, gifts, beverages, food)
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree)
- Preferred Project Management
- 2 years' work experience ideally in an administrative function advantage
- Project management experience (preferable)
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Excellent experience working with vendors and suppliers (contradiction)
- Must be well organised and a selfstarter
- Must be detailoriented, profess,ional attitude and reliable
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform mathematical computations and have a basic financial / costings understanding

Salary:
R7, R22,079.99 per month
