Remote IT Support Technician (Level 1):
Join our client's MSP team as a Level 1/2 Remote IT Support Technician.

Your role involves delivering top-tier customer support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT system operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks.
  • Proactively identify and prevent IT issues.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
  • Prior remote IT support experience.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Customerfocused and adaptable to new technologies.
