Inherent requirements:

Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

  • Digital intelligence
  • Good time management

Preferred requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years working experience postgraduation
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal skills

Program objective:

  • Attract and develop a talent pipeline of skilled individuals for core business areas within Training Force
  • Create opportunities for unemployed graduates to gain work experience and develop competencies in the training industry
  • Offer graduates a full rounded work experience including mentorship, coaching and on the job training
