Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

Preferred requirements:
- 0 to 2 years working experience postgraduation
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills

- Attract and develop a talent pipeline of skilled individuals for core business areas within Training Force
- Create opportunities for unemployed graduates to gain work experience and develop competencies in the training industry
- Offer graduates a full rounded work experience including mentorship, coaching and on the job training
